Has called many times in the last month or so, sometimes more than 3 times in a day. usually hangs up, but when they talk they try to sell me a trip to somewhere, indian accent. argues with me and tells me to fuck off. askes "will you do sex with me?" and calls me stupid. i have called the FCC and the police department.

Called to inquire about the excessive fees I pay for banking Merchant Services. Identified themselves as Summit Merchant Services.

I got this call today. Does anything happen if you say yes and speak to the telemarketer? They asked if I was over 21 and when I said yes, they hung up. I'm worried!

This time his name is Richard Smith but he has used several other names to contact me once a month at work with all kinds of things from taking me to court, me being served papers at work and being embarrassed in front of my co-workers to the latest that the police would be here today to arrest me. Whatever...can't give me any info as to why I owe this money and who I supposedly borrowed it from so I say SCAM!!

He called my job and spoke to my manager about me going to jail soon. They asked him if I had left the State of Washington in the last 48 hours.I called them back and they keep saying they are from a Legal Department, but they would not tell me the name of it.They also mentioned they are hired by United Cash Loans. I called them back several times but they say the same thing

Phone rings twice but there is never anybody there. Tried calling back, nothing but a disconnect.

some guy named james david calls me form american law divison stating there are criminal charges against me and he is there to give me details. when i call him out saying he's a scam he fires back with " i can prove to you legally that we are not a scam" ...a bunch of BS...i have a good friend who is a lawyer and he says that no law firm would act like this DONT FALL FOR IT
